Why shoudn't I play most of the hands I get?
I'm a pretty new player, still whats considered a fish I suppose. I watched a lot of poker guides and watched pros play before I really got into it myself. I have now played a bit on and off over 2-3 months in the lower stakes (1€ - 2€ buy ins) in various tournaments, but everything I have learned through research seem to rarely work. A main question I have is, that many people opt to only play a hand when they have cards that are 10 and above in various combinations because they have a statistical higher chance to win. However from all the games I have had so far, I am losing big calls or all-ins with AA, KK, TK, QJ, etc. left and right to random cards like 62, K5, 73, that happen to make a combo hand during the showdown that beats mine - especially on the river card. This makes me think, wouldn't you have a statistical higher chance of making hands by basically playing every hand you get?

I know the poker isn't rigged before you all jump on me but this site for poker is just unreal,or I am the unluckiest player ever,after having suck out after suck out yesterday I decided to write down all all ins and calls today,43 all ins and calling all ins,31 times I was ahead,I lost 33 of them to just ridiculous cards,you can literally call the card coming out 90 per cent of the time,aces cracked by 95,no problem,kings beaten by 10 4,light work,I could literally go on and on,so my question to you all is,how the fuck do you control your rage,the emojis don't help mind when you get some donk suck out on the river and then too his hat to you 🤮

How It Works:
We will be featuring all 51 matches of the tournament through 18 individual competitions. Here’s how you can join the fun:
Predict Match Events: For each match, you'll have the opportunity to predict various outcomes using our community poll feature. This could include predicting the match winner, number of goals scored, or other specific events.
Score Points: You'll earn points for each correct prediction. The points are based on Unibet Sportsbook odds, ensuring a fair and exciting competition. The achievable points for each prediction will be displayed next to the corresponding option.
Unibet Sportsbook rules and Opta Stats will be in use for settling the correct outcomes.
Prizes:
Leaderboard prizes for each of the 18 rounds:
1st: €50 HexaPro ticket
2nd: €10 HexaPro ticket
3rd: €5 HexaPro ticket
Beat the ultimate poker development manager (who's also a betting prodigy).
Do the impossible and finish ahead of Stubbe-Unibet on the overall leaderboard after all the 18 rounds, and you'll be invited to an exclusive €250 freeroll!
If "Livertool" is among those who beat Stubbe's overall score, the freeroll prizepool will be doubled to €500!
Deadline:
This poll will stay open until the scheduled starting time of the latter match ( 21.00 CEST on Friday ).
Naturally you will only score points from the first match if you have submitted your picks before it's starting time at 18:00 CEST.
After the poll is closed, you will have no way of submitting your picks anymore.
Upcoming:
Next competition ( Round 16 ) will feature the two remaining quarterfinals played on Saturday 6.7.

Round scores/standings will be updated after each match
Overall leaderboard will be updated after each round
All monetary prizes are paid within 3 working days

What's up! My name is Sam, I'm 35 and identify as a fish. I've played poker since I turned 18 and played professionally for 7-8 years of my adult life (pre solvers). The years in between then and now were spent working as a chef on tour in the music biz (final tour i did was the Rolling Stones) before moving onto films (final film I did was the new Bond) and then COVID happened... I initially went back to poker during the first lockdown with an out of date skillset and a bad work life balance with almost no time devoted towards studying. After a bad run and about a -10k downswing I decided to put a stop to playing and study theory as a hobby until I felt confident in my game again. This blog is being started with the intention of detailing my progress as I work towards becoming a breakeven player and spin up a bankroll for a US trip next year with some banter and strategy sprinkled in. Most of my volume will be in cash with some MTT punts and occasional sports betting. My return to the tables in September started off hot and I even managed to bink a UOS low rebuy for +£1k! DEEP STACK LEGEND vs SHORT STACK MASTER
@Stubbe-Unibet Hi, I have question regarding leaving tables and getting back. On SSM i LEFT and come back 1 hour later and my sit in stack was high (x times origin) as i LEFT an hour ago. On the other hand (which is getting very frustrating) on DSL i had many-many occasion when i did NOT LEFT, other guys gone, table got empty and closed, and after just a few minutes sometimes or max 15-20mins, i had to start all over again from the 1000BB, not from where i left.. I could not see how much was the winning stack for the ticket, but i know that my satck would be higher if the "coming back rule" was the same as on the SSM.. Regarding the tickets, i have another question😎 What is the logic for playing 50cents and getting NL10 tickets, while playing 10cents and getting NL100 tickets? Thank you

Get bulk export of hands for sessions/tournaments. At a minimum show BBs lost/won instead of winnings so you can sort your biggest losses/wins properly and do a manual post hand analysis.

minor visible changes to high roller hexapro and bi weekly bonus
Hey there, two ideas/suggestions I have. I think the current color changes of the multiplier for hexapro highroller are a bit boring. They should be more pronounced. The 2x and 3x look nearly identical, which is not a good experience I think. Would be nicer to have other colors , that are not so similar but still are different colors than in in the 25 and below hexas. For the bi weekly it would be really nice if the exact finish time of the bonus is displayed and not just the days left. All the best!

NL25 bet sizes
The default raise size is 2 BB, but when you press the + button, it goes straight from 2 to 3 BB, and I have to press the - button to go from 3 BB to 2.4 BB (which is the raise size I actually want). There is already a button for 3 BB raise size, so the fact that the plus button also gets me to 3 BB is completely redundant. Would be good if it was changed so that when I press + it just goes to 2.4 BB.
