The Journey Continues : Dubnjoy's WSOP, EPT and Inner Healing Process Yo 😎

Keep Da Mind On Da Grind (an Intro) Here's the thing : after playing professionally for 13 years, we kind of go through the (daily) motions.  Of clicking buttons online while grinding 7-8 tables of PLO, NLHE and Hexapro - on Unibet, of course 😉.  Of meditating for a couple hours daily to clear the mind before rinse-repeating the grind.  Of going to your MMA class to strike away the tilt on boxing bags like a mama-fracker (if not directly into the faces of fellow MMA colleagues).  Of taking the dog to the park or by the riverside to catch fresh air and for her, well...  to poop and see if she can engage in a fight, of course!!!.  Of preparing a lovely dinner for the gf as you have done so for the past 4 years (and a more fast-food one for her son).  Of going out on weekends for lovely romantic dinners, more casual ones when her son tags along (as well as the dog), or of simply chilling together sipping on coffee on the sunny afternoon grass, you know ❤️... until it all vanishes away 😮. The gf, her son, the dog...  The lovely weekends, gone in a flash!  The cosy routine, a forgotten page tucked into the book of faded memories! All that remains is the grind, that eternal grind of pouncing on the mouse with that familiar omniscient Unibet fracking beeping sound when the PLO 400 tables are SWINGING up and down like an uncontrollable manic madman while simultaneously ending up HU at several NLHE tables against that oh-TOO-familiar-obnoxious-villainous-foe and also witnessing that failed attempt of binking a 10x Hexapro on the last table 😡🙃😉.  Frack, FRACK and a thousand times frack 😡😡😡 Yup, all gone.  Vanished into ether.   Nonetheless,  in the midst of all this vast emptiness, at the horizon a breach has opened itself into a never ending sense of freedom yo 😎   On the road ahead awaits a 3 weeks layover in Las Vegas for the WSOP.  The main targets will be the Millionaire Maker, the 10k PLO Championship, The Colossus and the Main Event, of course.  EPT Prague will also be awaiting in December - no fracking way I am going back to Bahamas this year 😡 -, while several small series in Montreal, Punta del Este and Brazil might require a stop...  But one cannot simply engage in such an MTT live itinerary without prior inner healing, right, as lest not forget that we are just recently being exposed to the tribulations of a 4 year relationship separation, so I will be going to a 10 day Vipassana meditation retreat in a couple of weeks (in Buenos Aires) before hopping over to Peru for an Ayahuasca ceremony in the Sacred Valley.   Yup, poker has granted me with an uncountable amounts of privileges over the past decade+, yet that 100k+ live MTT score still remains elusive...  We got this yo 😎

Fingerprint/FaceID login on mobile app - Feedback needed

We've fixed the known issues with fingerprint and FaceID login on Android and iOS, and I'd love to hear whether it's working for you now? Got some indication it might still be broken on older Android versions, but other than that it seems good.

Stubbe's Bundesliga Corner

It all started back in the 2000/2001 season, when the Danish forward Ebbe Sand had a fantastic season at Schalke 04. My interest was aroused; I read a lot about Schalke and the Bundesliga, and I started watching a lot of games as well. It didn't take long, before I was hooked - I had become a Bundesliga junkie. In the years to come, I'd spend countless hours in front of the tv and computer, watching and analyzing games, reading Bundesliga news etc. The number of Schalke matches I've missed in the last 2 years, can be counted on one hand, and I've obviously been to Gelsenkirchen a few times as well. About 5-6 years ago I started betting on the Bundesliga. I got off to a less than optimal start, but I learned a lot and my game slowly improved. A few years later I had my own Bundesliga betting blog with a ROI of +10, and I was also a Bundesliga expert at the largest Danish betting community for a short while. When I started working for Unibet, I didn't feel like I had the time to bet seriously anymore, and for almost a year, I didn't place a single bet. Today I'm only betting for the entertainment, but I like to believe, that I've still got the ability to spot a bet with value. I'm going to challenge myself, and will post a few Bundesliga bets every week, with the goal of creating a small profit. I'll keep score of the bets in this post. As there's quite a long time till the next Bundesliga game, I'll temporarily be using this thread to share my view on transfers, season bets and anything Bundesliga, that I find interesting. EDIT: now that we've got the new emoticons implemented, I'll start using a money bag scale to indicate the value. This info will be added to the heading of each bet. :cash: = 100-103.9 BV
:cash::cash: = 104-106.9 BV
:cash::cash::cash: = 107-109.9 BV
:cash::cash::cash::cash:= 110-112.9
:cash::cash::cash::cash::cash: = >112.9
An Excel sheet with all bets can be found here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/03gzxjg595t8ybd/Bundesliga_Corner_Stubbe.xlsx?dl=0

EURO Free Poll Predictor #10 ( Wednesday 26.6 )

Round 10: Last two groups will be played to conclusion and after these matches we will know what does the knockout bracket look like. Portugal is already through and eventhough Georgia has been very entertaining team so far, we won't be paying too much attention on their clash, since on all the other 3 matches both of the teams have it all to play for 🙂   How It Works:
We will be featuring all 51 matches of the tournament through 18 individual competitions. Here’s how you can join the fun: Predict Match Events: For each match, you'll have the opportunity to predict various outcomes using our community poll feature. This could include predicting the match winner, number of goals scored, or other specific events. Score Points: You'll earn points for each correct prediction. The points are based on Unibet Sportsbook odds, ensuring a fair and exciting competition. The achievable points for each prediction will be displayed next to the corresponding option.  Unibet Sportsbook rules and Opta Stats will be in use for settling the correct outcomes.
Prizes:
Leaderboard prizes for each of the 18 rounds: 1st: €50 HexaPro ticket 2nd: €10 HexaPro ticket 3rd: €5 HexaPro ticket
Beat the ultimate poker development manager (who's also a betting prodigy). Do the impossible and finish ahead of Stubbe-Unibet on the overall leaderboard after all the 18 rounds, and you'll be invited to an exclusive €250 freeroll! If "Livertool" is among those who beat Stubbe's overall score, the freeroll prizepool will be doubled to €500!   Deadline: This poll will stay open until the scheduled starting time of the latter pair of matches ( 21.00 CEST  on Wednesday ). Naturally you will only score points from the first two matches if you have submitted your picks before their starting time at 18:00 CEST. After the poll is closed, you will have no way of submitting your picks anymore.   Upcoming: Next competition ( Round 11 ) brings us to the knockout stages and will feature the first 2 matches, both to be played on Saturday 29.6. Poll for those will be posted on Thursday or Friday.   Terms and conditions: Players from Belgium and Sweden can not win any monetary prizes Players from Netherlands (age 24+) will need to opt-in to the promotion by clicking "Going" on the event page In case of a tie on the leaderboard (prize paying positions only), the following tiebreakers are used: Most correct predictions First (date and time) to submit predictions  Unless otherwise stated, the predictions are for regular time + stoppage time (90 minutes + the few added minutes) Round scores/standings will be updated after each match Overall leaderboard will be updated after each round All monetary prizes are paid within 3 working days The €250/€500 freeroll will be played 20:00 CEST 18/07/2024 We reserve the right to change the promotion at any time This promotion will run from 00:00 UTC 14/06/2024 to 23:59 UTC 14/07/2024. Fourteen Years Of Heartache In The Microverse, Is The End In Sight?

At times it feels much longer but it is in fact 14 years since I started playing online poker. You'd think 14 years doing something would make anyone recognisable as a cut above the newbies, or fish, or recs, whatever's politically correct to call the newcomers these days, but sadly in my case time has not been so kind. Yes there have been some improvements, I actually call myself a winning player these days, albeit at a very small rate and amongst the lowest stakes it's possible to play at, but winning is winning. I've been a little over 6 years on Unibet, I never tracked my stats, deposited when losing and withdrew when winning, and although the figures are somewhat skewed to a small sample of mainly tournament wins, statistics don't lie, do they?     A Little Housekeeping.   2024-04-01 15-11-08.mp4      The frustrating thing today, there always seems to be one, is that though I had the best intentions I'm already falling behind my schedule, loose and fluid though it is. I've not played a hand of poker today but I was playing for an unusually long time yesterday, (thin brag incoming) in the farewell to Ukranians and Bulgarians tourneys, one of which, the UAT version, I won, and cashing in the other, (brag over.) I've also started picking a few horses out here and there, posting them on YouTube, definitely NOT tipping them. That's it for now, updates as and when but hopefully regularly, and good luck all at the tables.    Small update:  Of course my number of hands played isn't for the full 6 years, only since the Game Lab came in, still a very small amount though.

minor visible changes to high roller hexapro and bi weekly bonus

Hey there, two ideas/suggestions I have. I think the current color changes of the multiplier for hexapro highroller are a bit boring. They should be more pronounced. The 2x and 3x look nearly identical, which is not a good experience I think. Would be nicer to have other colors , that are not so similar but still are different colors than in in the 25 and below hexas. For the bi weekly it would be really nice if the exact finish time of the bonus is displayed and not just the days left. All the best!

NL25 bet sizes

The default raise size is 2 BB, but when you press the + button, it goes straight from 2 to 3 BB, and I have to press the - button to go from 3 BB to 2.4 BB (which is the raise size I actually want). There is already a button for 3 BB raise size, so the fact that the plus button also gets me to 3 BB is completely redundant. Would be good if it was changed so that when I press + it just goes to 2.4 BB.

Adding mixed games

This idea is a bit out there and by no means easy to implement either. I would love to be able to play some more mixed games (the 27 triple draw, stud, razz's of the world). Afaik there are not many options out there for that, at least not that I know of. I have always thought Unibet stands out with its own player pool and client and handling a bunch of things differently than other operators. I think mixed games (and advertising them within wider poker community) would fit in that narrative. I think it potentially brings in a bunch of new players too, growing the player pool in a different way.
