No Contact After Winning UDSO Package

I recently won a 1,500 Euro package for the Unibet Deep Stack Open (UDSO) and was excited to participate. However, it’s been 6 days since I won the package, and I’ve yet to receive any confirmation or details about my travel, hotel, or tournament entry. I reached out to Unibet support yesterday, and they said they would escalate it to the organiser,  but I haven’t heard back from anyone yet. I’m unsure whether I should go ahead and book my flight and take vacation time from work or wait for confirmation from the organiser.

again about disconnects on unibet

After many topics with the problem of unibet freezing...
Such a story happened to me several months ago. Then I did not write anything, but now I think you will be interested in this.
I had 3 SNG tournaments running, 2 for 200 euros and 1 for 100 euros, and something happened to the unibet servers and all the tournaments stopped. I waited about half an hour and closed the unibet client. A couple of hours later I went in and saw that about an hour after the freeze the game continued and another player won all 3 tournaments. I waited 2 days, thinking that I would be compensated for the frozen tournaments. There was no compensation and I wrote to the support service. In the first letter they answered me that too much time had passed and there would be no compensation. I answered them that half a year ago there was exactly the same situation and without any letters I received compensation in 2 days and therefore this time I waited 2 days for the same thing. The second letter pointed out to me the point of the rules that if the tournament freezes, I must wait for the game to continue for an hour and I am not entitled to compensation, I waited only half an hour. My mood was ruined, I had no desire to continue these fights. I thought about describing this story on the forum, but I was not in the mood for it. Losing 500 euros this way would ruin anyone's mood.

How to get the red vacuum cleaner avatar?

I see some people play with a red vacuum cleaner for avatar, but can't find it in the list of avatars. Do I need to do something special to get it?

Fourteen Years Of Heartache In The Microverse, Is The End In Sight?

At times it feels much longer but it is in fact 14 years since I started playing online poker. You'd think 14 years doing something would make anyone recognisable as a cut above the newbies, or fish, or recs, whatever's politically correct to call the newcomers these days, but sadly in my case time has not been so kind. Yes there have been some improvements, I actually call myself a winning player these days, albeit at a very small rate and amongst the lowest stakes it's possible to play at, but winning is winning. I've been a little over 6 years on Unibet, I never tracked my stats, deposited when losing and withdrew when winning, and although the figures are somewhat skewed to a small sample of mainly tournament wins, statistics don't lie, do they?     A Little Housekeeping.   2024-04-01 15-11-08.mp4      The frustrating thing today, there always seems to be one, is that though I had the best intentions I'm already falling behind my schedule, loose and fluid though it is. I've not played a hand of poker today but I was playing for an unusually long time yesterday, (thin brag incoming) in the farewell to Ukranians and Bulgarians tourneys, one of which, the UAT version, I won, and cashing in the other, (brag over.) I've also started picking a few horses out here and there, posting them on YouTube, definitely NOT tipping them. That's it for now, updates as and when but hopefully regularly, and good luck all at the tables.    Small update:  Of course my number of hands played isn't for the full 6 years, only since the Game Lab came in, still a very small amount though.

Community League - Summer 2023

The community poker league is back - and this time with a massive boost to the added value! We're sending two community members to the Unibet Open in Bucharest! Buyin is still €5 and you can win tickets in the €0.05 qualifiers.
This time we're finishing off the league with 4 PKO tournaments on the last Saturday, making the total number of tournaments 34. As usual, there's both the unique leaderboard avatar (this time the summer shark) as well as the avatar for tournament winners. Remember to play with your community alias, in order to qualify for leaderboard points and the potential "The Double Jackpot". Schedule Buyin is €5 in every tournament with one re-entry being allowed. All tournaments - including the qualifier flips - will be password protected. The Journey Continues : Dubnjoy's WSOP, EPT and Inner Healing Process Yo 😎

Keep Da Mind On Da Grind (an Intro) Here's the thing : after playing professionally for 13 years, we kind of go through the (daily) motions.  Of clicking buttons online while grinding 7-8 tables of PLO, NLHE and Hexapro - on Unibet, of course 😉.  Of meditating for a couple hours daily to clear the mind before rinse-repeating the grind.  Of going to your MMA class to strike away the tilt on boxing bags like a mama-fracker (if not directly into the faces of fellow MMA colleagues).  Of taking the dog to the park or by the riverside to catch fresh air and for her, well...  to poop and see if she can engage in a fight, of course!!!.  Of preparing a lovely dinner for the gf as you have done so for the past 4 years (and a more fast-food one for her son).  Of going out on weekends for lovely romantic dinners, more casual ones when her son tags along (as well as the dog), or of simply chilling together sipping on coffee on the sunny afternoon grass, you know ❤️... until it all vanishes away 😮. The gf, her son, the dog...  The lovely weekends, gone in a flash!  The cosy routine, a forgotten page tucked into the book of faded memories! All that remains is the grind, that eternal grind of pouncing on the mouse with that familiar omniscient Unibet fracking beeping sound when the PLO 400 tables are SWINGING up and down like an uncontrollable manic madman while simultaneously ending up HU at several NLHE tables against that oh-TOO-familiar-obnoxious-villainous-foe and also witnessing that failed attempt of binking a 10x Hexapro on the last table 😡🙃😉.  Frack, FRACK and a thousand times frack 😡😡😡 Yup, all gone.  Vanished into ether.   Nonetheless,  in the midst of all this vast emptiness, at the horizon a breach has opened itself into a never ending sense of freedom yo 😎   On the road ahead awaits a 3 weeks layover in Las Vegas for the WSOP.  The main targets will be the Millionaire Maker, the 10k PLO Championship, The Colossus and the Main Event, of course.  EPT Prague will also be awaiting in December - no fracking way I am going back to Bahamas this year 😡 -, while several small series in Montreal, Punta del Este and Brazil might require a stop...  But one cannot simply engage in such an MTT live itinerary without prior inner healing, right, as lest not forget that we are just recently being exposed to the tribulations of a 4 year relationship separation, so I will be going to a 10 day Vipassana meditation retreat in a couple of weeks (in Buenos Aires) before hopping over to Peru for an Ayahuasca ceremony in the Sacred Valley.   Yup, poker has granted me with an uncountable amounts of privileges over the past decade+, yet that 100k+ live MTT score still remains elusive...  We got this yo 😎

Hexapro challenge again maybe?!

Greetings, a few weeks ago (or months), there was this promo, with hexapro game. Something like play 5games, 3 day in a row and also get a 5x multiplier. (something like that....) And then, every week the stakes went higher. Your reward was a flip chance for tickets at the end of every week. It was super fun (normaly I don't play hexapro), are you planning to do it again? Hope it was successfull, and you do, co'z I loved it.

Option to show my hand

I would like to be able to show my cards after the hand is over. I think this option adds entertainment to the game, for example when you can show your opponent that you have bluffed him.

The Betting Button Design Causes More Misclicks

Lately I've started paying more attention to misclicks and noticed that they happen way more often on the Unibet software than anywhere else. At least for me, the layout of the buttons regularly causes two mistakes: 1. In tournaments when trying to press the small "All-in" button, I instead hit the call button which can lead to disasters on later streets
2. When trying to click the small input window for an opening size or a 3bet, I too often just hit the "Raise" and minclick it instead I've now learned to scroll for a 3bet instead of typing it in, but for opening sizes and shoves i keep constantly misclicking which can completely f up the hand. I guess the difference to other sites is that on Unibet the preflop size buttons are in the middle of the betting slide and the action buttons, instead of being on top of them both, which in my experience leads to less misclicks (picture below).

Has anyone else been facing this same problem with the layout of the betting buttons?
